Smoothie

On suit days we make a smoothie for a quick breakfast before we start our exercises and walking.

1 frozen ripe banana 
1-2 Tbsp - ground flaxseed
1-2 Tbsp - chia seeds
2 Tbsp - coconut oil
2 Tbsp - sunbutter
1/2 cup - coconut/hemp milk
handful of spinach or kale
