Snack Balls/ Energy Bites
4 cups - gluten free oatmeal
2 cups - ground flaxseed
1 cup - coconut flakes
1 cup - coconut oil
2 cups - sunbutter (16 oz jar)
1 cup - honey (8 oz jar)
4 tsp - vanilla
2 packs - dried unsweetened cherries
Mix together, chill for an hour, roll into balls, store covered in fridge or freezer
